Conference Partners
Presenters will be provided with a computer connected to a large display so that they can provide visuals to accompany their presentation.
It would be appreciated if the presenter could provide the organisers with the file they wish to use at least 48 hours beforehand so that the presentation can be preloaded onto the computer and tested prior to the scheduled presentation time.
Prior to the start of the conference your file should be uploaded directly to the organising committee using the link above (128MB maximum) or emailed to swandelta2019@gmail.com (email size limit applies). From Monday morning you can provide it on a usb drive when you register at the conference.
The online version of the Conference Programme will contain information about your presentation (title, time, location, presenter) as well as a link to the associated abstract.
Please use the above upload facility if you wish us to provide a download link to an information file such as a pdf version of your presentation or special documents you would like your audience to access.
Please let the organisers know if you need to access the web during the presentation so that connectivity can be tested. Preferred formats are: Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx) and pdf. Please contact the organisers if you have a special format you need to use and we will see if we can accommodate.
