Selection Protocols

To ensure transparency and integrity in the selection process for the Delta 2019 iJMEST special edition, guidelines have been put in place:

  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process with at least two reviewers
  • The editor will not be named as a co-author on any papers to avoid conflicts of interest
  • Should more papers be “accepted” for publication during the review process than can be accommodated in the special edition, a special panel will make the final publication decision. The panel may include the Managing Editor of IJMEST, the guest editor, conference convenor, and conference proceedings & program committee members, while excluding any person/s named on a paper under consideration for publication.
  • Any accepted papers that are omitted for space reasons by the above review process will be invited to re-submit to iJMEST for publication in a future edition via a “streamlined” process.

If correspondence with the Swan Delta Editors is necessary, this can be done by e-mail with
Subject Title: “iJMEST Submission”
